After graduating from The Tuck School of Business ‐ Dartmouth’s Executive Program in 2003, Connie received her Certified Property Manager certificate and LEED AP credentials.In 1981 Connie joined PM Realty Group, the largest third-party commercial real estate firm in the nation. Connie was the first woman to be promoted to Executive Senior Manager during her 20-year tenure with the company. Her comprehensive knowledge of property management, leasing, and construction management, comprising a portfolio with over a million square feet under contract gives her an astute ability to recognize value in well-managed buildings. Connie left PM Realty Group to start Customized Real Estate Services, Inc. (CRES) in 2001, and ten years later developed LEAD 2 GREEN to specialize in green real estate services. In 2008 Connie was the first CEO of a certified woman-owned commercial real estate companyin the nation to earn the LEED® Professional Accreditation designation. This designation, awarded by the US Green Building Council, is to distinguish building professionals who have the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED® Certification process. The LEED® AP has a thorough understanding of the practices and principles involved in the LEED®Green Building Rating System.

Alora Chamblee has over 10 years of sales experience to her credit, and works with Customized Real Estate Services as a leasing associate. Alora’s experience gained from working with private, public and government entities consistently produced yearly sales of more than $5 million. She specializes in leasing of office, retail and industrial space for both the tenant and landlord. In less than four months, Alora acquired almost 40,000 square feet in new business valued at over $3 million. She is actively involved in the community along with balancing a demanding professional and personal life. She is in a leadership role of the hospitality team at her church, and they have seen membership double over the last six months since her involvement. Alora graduated from A & M University in 1998 with a BS degree in Industrial Distribution/Engineering Technology. She will use her sales experience and leads generated to help locate properties for sale or lease.

Ilena Leija joined Customized Real Estate Services in 2005 specializing in office, retail and industrial space. She is reponsible for the bilingual division of CRES working with Hispanic clients to find them the best commercial properties available. Ileana has helped to close over 5 million square feet, and instructurmental in the company being named the Top Fastest Growing Women Business Owner in 2006 & 2009. She is actively involved in her church and the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance. She has volunteered many hours helping under privileged children, and is a volunteer at the Wesley Community Center working with teens. Ileana helps each year with the WBEA annual golf tournament to raise money to support the scholarship fund. She is attending the Houston Community College as a Business Major. Ileana will use her expertise in commercial real estate and her bilingual ability to assist in locating properties for our clients.

With more than 30 years in the office furniture, design, and real estate industry, Patsy Jackson brings a broad background of experience to CRES’s real estate team. Patsy recently completed a Master of Science degree in Organization & Management. Patsy provides marketing, organizational consulting services including research, writing, change management, leadership development, leading teams and coaching. Patsy will use her research experience to locate the best properties for our clients.
